I am excited to share with you what’s been going on in the studio this summer (especially in the month of August) but a family event happened that just threw me off my game.
My father-in-law passed peacefully from this world shy of his 84th birthday. He lived an incredible life up until his late 70’s when Alzhemizers took over. It’s hard to lose loved ones, it’s also hard to have any kind of memorial service for loved ones in this time of Covid (thank you Covid) and it’s even harder when you’re up against a disease like Alzhemizers!
When these types of events happen it just throws everything in your life up in the air. As the dust slowly settles, we find that we have to get back to some kind of new normal. I’m back to work in the studio, my girls are back to school (or whatever that means-thank you again Covid), and my most amazing, patient husband continues to work from home (again thank you Covid) surrounded by 3 crazy ladies and still smiles at the end of each day 🙂
I’m sure we all can agree…2020 is the CRAZIEST YEAR EVER!
Thank you for allowing me the space to be honest and vulnerable. It’s been hard for me to share my good news with you while my family has been going through all of this. Better late than never right?!
Thanks for your continued support of me and my work. I appreciate it so much!
SO HERE’S TO GOOD NEWS!
